Other Ways to Get Involved

TVTAP has a variety of events, fundraisers and volunteer days that you can involved with. Our most significant volunteer effort during the year is our Trail Work Days that occur in the summer time. These days are a partnership with the Teton Basin Ranger District and provide an opportunity for users to give back to the trails they use every summer. In 2008 we had over 1,000 volunteer hours and our goal is to increase that amount every year.

Other ways to get involved is by helping us with the Teton Ridge Classic Cross Country Ski Race in January, the Tin Cup Challenge Race and Fundraiser in July in September, and our Horseshoe Challenge Trail Running Race.

If you are more apt to help out with letters, envelope stuffing and fundraising events we look for help during our Annual Nordic Dinner that raises funds for our Nordic Grooming Program and our Spring Membership Campaign.

Throughout the year we frequently have something that comes up with short notice such as clean-up days on the Victor to Driggs Pathway, writing support letters or attending City and County meetings to express opinion regarding Trail and Pathway issues.
